[QUESTION] Accessing backups subsection?

I've synced one folder from my laptop to my Mega drive which is done continuously, but I also want to do backup another folder which needs to happen periodically (once per day). The problem is that backup tool uploads backups to subdir on cloud drive and thus it starts immediately syncing back to my laptop with continuous sync. Is there a way for backup tool to access Backups subsection of the drive? So backups done periodically are not mixed with my primary backup.
