Two placeholders on https://www.tamilmurasu.com.sg/. I propose:

tamilmurasu.com.sg##div[data-testid=advertisement-element]
tamilmurasu.com.sg##.items-center:has(> div[data-testid=advertisement-element]:only-of-type)

@mediumkreation Would it be worth looking into this report and/or that site? Tamil is listed as a supported language in the Readme, and I'm 99.6% sure that that site is in Tamil.
