(firefox) <form> get submitted if the scanner is placed inside a it.

Is there a know issue, if the scanner app is placed inside a form. It seems it submits the surrounding form when camera request is clicked. If the form reloads the page the app state is in pre-request permission state or stuck. I have this reproduced with current firefox browser under linux/ubuntu 18.04.
If the app is outside a form, all works fine.
