Issue with cascade layers interactive editor example?

Hi,

I am learning about cascade layers and I didn't know if there was an error with an interactive editor example or not, based on my limited understanding. Can someone check it and see? Thanks

Potential issue

On the first interactive editor example within The @layer block at-rule for named and anonymous layers (edit: for some reason the anchor link isn't working to take you to the section sorry!) it declares two layers and then at the end includes a declaration of the two layer names and order:

@layer site {
  h1 {
    text-decoration: underline;
    color: green;
  }

/* this does nothing */
@layer site, page;

<h1>Is this heading underlined?</h1>

The output for this in the editor shows the H1 using the styling for @layer site, but from what I have learned so far, shouldn't the order of precedence be page, site?, as the last @layer site, page; declaration is being ignored? I don't think it should be green and underlined until I copy/paste the last @layer to the top and change the order?

Never mind - sentences like this were confusing me:

"The order of precedence of layers is the order in which they are created"

"the order of precedence is from the first layer created to the last"

My brain registered that to mean the precedence for the first layer in the order was highest!
