Container Queries documentation project

Hello everyone,

Container Queries is currently a high visibility project with recent developments across browsers. As a result, the documentation for the project on MDN is also under a spotlight.

A page on the topic already exists on MDN: mdn/content#20987. This page obviously needs to be revamped along with the removal of the note at the top of the page. New property pages for @container, container-name, and container-type need to be added.

All this work is planned as part of the Container Queries documentation project and is being tracked via mdn/content#20987.
