Format groq template strings

Currently this only works if you create a .groq file. Would be great to have it work for .tsx files too.

@Fandy I can't figure out how to get this working. I looked into the embedded language formatting but I think it might need to be handled in the js/ts formatter.

If you've got any ideas or can help create a pull request I'd love to get it working
