Version 2.2.030
Local test server - freshly generated files (inc potions.yml)

Brewing a (vanilla)

  • potion of leaping
  • potion of the turtle master

Does not reward alchemy xp when adding the Rabbits Foot / Turtle Shell.

I did notice on a slightly older issue that Potions of Wind Charging wasn't yet added and I assume this is still the case (no xp for that on current version)
