Provide guidance for users and administrators on Interview (v2.5.5)

The default MAZI v2.5.5 comes with no guidance of what the Interview tool is, or how to use it. I'd suggest:

(1) a description of what it is and how to use it, both for the general user, and the administrator of the MAZIzone. Currently a new MAZIzone user with a fresh installation is told "Interview: This is the interview archive application" and when they click on the link it goes to a functionless page with no description.

(2) Installation of the MAZI interview tool app in the default NextCloud documents folder with a howto guide.

I am aware that the current Interview tool is being migrated to a web based app, so there may not be the appetite or resources to write guidance for the current version. If so, I'd suggest the Interview tool is switched off by default in the initial installation, but some simeple documentation is still required to explain its presence in the administrator Documentation section.
