Notifications is appearing again if i just swype to ignore them #17

I am getting the same notifications every time if i just ignore (swyping to right).
I need to open each to stop.

Setting: Batched, every 15 minutes
Phone model: Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro
Custom Rom: ion 1.1.A
Android ver.: 9
