Possible to only show a handful of Tabs?

Server uses brackets for ranks, user tags, user titles, console announcer, etc.. As a result, my tabs end up numbering in the dozens. ex: https://imgur.com/a/v1DHdiv

I would like to only show the 2-3 tabs I want to see (Shop, Staff, Mod) without having to specifically ignore channels (which I need to do daily). After a few days my /ignore list is huge, and if I make a mistake, having to scroll all the way to the end of that list is a PITA.

I trust this is just user error, so please show me the way!
