Function name typo in examples #206

In index.js at line 3:

var html = read(path.resovlve(__dirname, 'index.html'))

resovlve should be resolve.

Also: same file at line 4:

var Xray = require('..')

should be

var Xray = require('../..')

Actually, these minor errors occur in every example.
