Unable to run the program on Windows 8.1 64bit. (Also tried as root)
Program starts in taskbar, but doesn't change wallpaper (tried to force change)

Runtime Error
Program C:\Users***\Desktop\reddwall.exe
R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I've gotten this error before. I can look into later. Most likely it has to do with Python's ctypes.
