autoconfirmation of subscriptions

We use a terraform pipeline rollout IaC for our environment. This includes Cloudwatch alarms. We would like to send alarms into a Mattermost channel. But the creation of the subscription requires a manual confirmation and this blocks the Terraform pipeline.
Please extend the functionality of this plugin with an autoconfirmation mode, which answers all incoming subscription requests automatically. An additional improvement would be to answer subscription requests only, which fulfill a defined regex.
