Islandora thumbnail selector for collection objects.
This module requires the following modules/libraries:
Open the collection managment screen.
Open the collection section.
Choose "Select Thumbnail", it should be on the left of the window.
In the form, select one child object.
Scroll down and click on Update Thumbnail.
