this feels like a massively glaring omission; if i accidentally upload the wrong document into a room, i really want a way to remove the URL as an end-user...

https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-doc/issues/701 touches on deleting content, but not much.

MSC3911 will help with this, by allowing servers to delete content once any events referring to that content are redacted.
