[Task] Mark a room or dm as favourite

Marking a room as favorite is just about setting a tag on it.
We already have those methods available in the rust sdk :

pub async fn set_tag(&self,tag: TagName, tag_info: TagInfo) -> HttpResult<create_tag::v3::Response>

pub async fn remove_tag(&self, tag: TagName) -> HttpResult<delete_tag::v3::Response> 

Sub-Tasks :

• Expose a way to update tags in the bindings
• Expose a way to have is_favorite: bool live in the bindings
