My Dashboard says do Not include suffix in URL, But the app crash asking for a suffix

In my dashboard i have this next to the BaseUrl Field

The URL of your Matomo instance. It should not include "/index.php" or "piwik.php". The URL of your current Matomo URL instance is preconfigured.

Default: //matomo.XXXX.com/

But the app crashes on this demanding that the url should have as a suffix either one of the below options

Can someone please advise what is the issue here or with what to move on ?
