I have not been able to find any documentation on setting up licensing for private repositories.

Hi, @jkonkle. We are in the process of updating our documentation pages to clarify how to license MathWorks products in private projects. The solution would be to use a batch licensing token. Please feel free to contact [email protected] to acquire a token.
