Refresh list of cartridges available

What cartridge are you playing?
N/A

What is your phone/PDA manufacturer and model? What GPS are you using?
Ubuntu 10.04 (Linux) w/Desktop 0.1 experimental version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start openwig
2. Download a new cartridge into the active directory
3. Observe that list isn't refreshed


What is the expected output? What happens instead?
I would like the list to automatically refresh, but a "Refresh" button would be 
an acceptable quick-fix.

Workaround is to change the directory up one then back.
