Expected behaviour

When opening a new window, it does not take focused, I need to select it to become active

Actual behaviour

When opening a new Window, that new window becomes the active one.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Open any new window.

MATE general version

1.26.0

Package version

1.26.0

Linux Distribution

Manjaro Mate 21.2.3
