Keyboard-layout-view does not display borders arround keys.
gtk3:
mate-keyboard-layout-view-gtk3
gtk2:
mate-keyboard-layout-view-gtk2
I found this screenshot of libgnomekbd-3.0.0, so it is possible to have the borders with gtk3.

For the moment i added this theme hack to mate-themes or ubuntuMate-themes.

fixes it in a better way and it looks like before with gtk+-2

But honestly someone should this fixed in code.

Ok, with latest changes from #33 the situation is much better if we set a setting in themes.
But it does not work w/o a theme setting, so i leave the report open.
