これhubotで動いてるんじゃないんだよねえ・・
RSSのリストを保存しておく場所が必要なんだけど、どこに置こう

Slackbotなんですね。
RSSのリスト、jsonに書いといて、定期的にダンプするのではダメですかね

hubot scriptにするのがいいと思う
feedのURLはredisで永続化する
