Brief description of the feature request

Hi @martinrotter and contributors,

I recently migrated from FeedBro to RSS Guard as FeedBro is likely abandoned and MV2 extensions will stop working on Chromium in 2025.
I loved how easy it was to create filter rules for feeds/folders on FeedBro. That's one thing that's lacking on RSS Guard as it's more advanced.

I'm not experienced in JavaScript, RegEx nor coding in general. Will there ever be an easier "filter manager" page for normies like myself ?

There currently are only 3 preset filters on RSS Guard: blacklist, whitelist and duplicate.

What would be nice to have is a preset filter to automatically mark all new articles in selected feeds/category folder as read.
Or a simpler preset to include exact match terms or case insensitive terms to blacklist/whitelist.
Or even better, a filter manager page overhaul to make it more intuitive to use with advanced options for power users.

I've read the documentation for Article Filtering, but confusing and too few examples.

Example

Here you can see an example of how FeedBro let it's users handle rules, more intuitive and straightforward imo
