Rename to The-Big-Username-Blocklist

Just came across this repo and considering using it in my codebase. How about renaming it from "blacklist" to "deny list"? Thanks!

Thanks @raphaelschaad for raising the issue, I've been thinking about it for a while as well and agree that its time to change the repo name. I think @SuperSandro2000 suggestion is the way to go, which would result in The-Big-Username-Blocklist.

The work required would be:

• Rename repo
• Update repo readme
• Move the checker app
• Go through the various languages repos owned by me and provide fixes
• Provide PR:s to third-party language repos

Step 1 and 2 are complete. I also took the liberty to rename the master branch to main. Will look into the rest of the issues when I have more time available.
