Assign PDF metadata of slide outline

Adding pdf-lib's post process for attaching PDF metadata for the slide outline is good to make better quality of PDF slides.

First we aim to reproduce the outline view shown in Marp for VS Code. After than, we might add an option to change the format of the outline.

(VS Code shows a line of the original text in the outline view. In PDF, showing the page number would be better than --- :)
