Hi,
in the current Google Chrome (80.0.3987.116 / Win / 64bit) it is not possible to start the presentation, because there are problems with the javascript code. With Firefox (on Windows) I have no problems. And it is working in different browsers on my Mac.

Uncaught DOMException: Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document.

Marp Core does never use localStorage in the browser script. Are you talking about the presentation outputted in Marp CLI or Marp for VS Code?

I've identified the preference for reproduce in Marp CLI's bespoke template. The script does not work when 3rd-party cookies are blocked in chrome://settings/content/cookies.
