file is long time cached by server,the file do not affected!

if some files are long times cached by server(for example:expire date is one day), than after some times,if the server update the manifest.json file(the version of these cached files) and some files content,
these cached files are downloaded by cordova-app-loader,but these files are not affected(i had invoke "loader.update" method in my code),In other words，these files are in run,they use old content Rather than new content,.these is a problem,i hope your can solve the problem,thanks.
i use nginx as web server.
