Sample ssl certificate fails #355
Description
The pki certificate in ml-config sample is lacking a necessary <certificates> wrapper. Also, the build.properties list only two properties as required, but country is required as well. It should also suggest uncommenting all ssl lines, but optionally making non-required ones empty..
