How to use this?

I want to transfer a file from the desktop to the android device.
Clicked on a arrow at the bottom of the screen, then a box opens saying "Receiver", but the blue circle keeps drawing itself.
The device is connected to Wifi.

What's wrong?

At the screen, you could place two options: Send and Receive. It would be better in my opinion.
