add tutorial ID to the manager dashboard

(this issue might be resolved in the project to improve the process of tutorial creation)
occasionally it is necessary to log in to Firebase and manually update the tutorial for a mission. this requires knowing the project_id of the tutorial. we should add the IDs of tutorials to the manager dashboard on https://managers.mapswipe.org/
