The map is completely white if you move the app into background and gain foreground again.

Yes, could be related to flutter/flutter#139039
Checked the issue on a S20, and I can't reproduce it. Seems that the issue only exists on the Galaxy S23.
I'm closing this since it seems to be the same issue as #327, so let's track it there. (And both seem to be the same issue as the linked flutter issue).
