add route to easily filter user changesets #178

I'm submitting a feature request
Brief Description
Add a route like osmcha.mapbox.com/users/wille/, which would apply a user filter in the initial query.
What is the motivation / use case for this feature?
It would make it faster if I want to see all changesets of a user but I'm not visualizing one of his changesets. It would be easy to share the url with someone as well.
