How should I handle this situation?

I can only clear the binlog directory temporarily, but this will cause data loss. How do I retrieve the data?

You can remove the corrupted binlog and start the searchd with --replay-flags=ignore-open-errors. You can set it via systemctl too https://manual.manticoresearch.com/Starting_the_server/Linux#Custom-startup-flags-using-systemd
