Subject: [PATCH] Bump bonsplit: mouse wheel scrolls the overflowed tab strip

Picks up manaflow-ai/bonsplit#255 so a vertical mouse wheel over an
overflowed pane tab strip scrolls it horizontally. Trackpad and other
precise scrolling keep their native handling.

Fixes #14884
