I implemented the function in hc.py to the network about economic relationships in Caucasus.

The output given in the book:
[['Turkmenistan', 'Nagorni Karabakh', 'Russia', 'Abkhazia'], ['USA', 'Armenia', 'EU', 'Kazakhstan'], ['Turkey', 'Georgia', 'Iran', 'Azerbaijan'], ['Chechnya'], ['South Osetia']]

The output I got:
[['Abkhazia', 'Armenia'], ['Azerbajan'], ['Chechnya', 'Georgia', 'Kazakhstan', 'Turkey'], ['EU'], ['Iran'], ['Nagorni Karabakh', 'Turkmenistan'], ['Russia'], ['South Osetia'], ['USA']]
