Updated Documentation?

Hi :)
It seems the documentation is outdated, and it's not even possible for me to figure out how to set this up on webhosting, i.e change the paths (Documentation suggests it's all in one place, nonexistent html/index.php, which it seems is no longer the case) so that I don't need to put something "above" my website's root (a questionable practice...). Also it would be nice to have complementary information on setting up .htaccess to prevent access to sensitive files, like the sqlite files (is there an option to use MySQL? The documentation doesn't mention it, but it might be an easy edit?)

Although this may seem like sevaral issues, the only issue as far as I can tell is that the Documentation is outdated (because it has an FAQ entry mentioning webhosting, just incomplete and outdated), and maybe MySQL should be it's separate issue depending on whether documenting how to use it is deemed enough.
