If you are on Windows then you can simply delete the file located in the path when it asks for passphrase, usually in C:/Users/<YourUserName>/.ipatool
Be careful when you make the auth process again, it will ask you to set a passphrase, it's intended to protect your AppleID credentials encrypting the file were it will be stored
You need to set a passphrase to use for encrypting the credentials used by ipatool. The passphrase can be anything of your choice. Best would be to remove the .ipatool directory from your home folder and start over by authenticating.
./ipatool auth revoke
