I draft on a second screen - using an HDMI cable from my Windows laptop to a TV (using extend, so it treats both screens separately). The bottom row of draft cards dont show a hint when hovering over them, but the top row does, as does a single row.
I run in a manually sized window on the second screen, because a maximised window goes off the edges of the screen. However, a couple of days ago, I accidentally had it maximised and had difficulty getting the hint text for the top row as well as the bottom row. (This time it was inconsistent, and I eventually got hint text for one of the cards on the top row, but could not reliably do so.)

Note - hint text shows up correctly for the pool of previously selected cards (at the top of the screen).

Yesterday, I disconnected during a draft, and when I reconnected and got back in (on pick 5), it oddly showed three rows (5 cards, 5 cards, 1 card) instead of two. I didn't get time to check whether hint text was working or not at that point - and after that pick, it reverted to the normal two rows.

Also, when I don't have access to a second screen and draft on my laptop screen, hint text shows up correctly. I have not checked it on the laptop screen when the second screen is connected.

I have had this problem since #11466 . Note before that issue was addresssed, I didn't get hint text for any cards in the draft pack (when drafting on a second screen). After it was addressed, I started getting hints for the top-row only.

Today, I had some brief flashes of hint text occasionally for a card in the bottom row. I wasn't able to get a screenshot, but it didn't stay around long, and looked different to the normal hint text.

The brief flash hint text had the outer border colour as the whole background, not the lighter inner background.
Also, when looking at cards on the top row, I sometimes got a flash of the same type of hint text (at least a card or two further to the right than where it should have been and also without the lighter inner background) When it was for a top-row card, it still wouldn't stay long, but I would get the proper hint text soon after.

When cards were a single row, I never saw the erroneous hint text flash either.

THis is what the brief flash of hint text looks like.

Note - that capture wasn't from a brief flash, but from hovering over a card in my pool whilst a new pack landed. But it has the same lack of light coloured inner background that those brief-flash hint texts have.

Also found another instance of this problem. In deck editor (on second screen) when a second row of cards were created, no rules text popup for the second row of cards. I moved the window to my primary screen and the popup occurred as expected.

So this is definately an issue with a second row on a second screen.

Here is an image with a visible popup for a card in the first row on the second screen, but hovering over any of the cards in the second row there is no visible popup.

Try to resize app window after move to another screen — is it help to fix a problem?

I always resize when moving between windows - normally shrink to quite small prior to moving, then resize to nearly fullsize once changing screen.

Today, just after starting the draft, I got a brief flash of a popup hint for a card on the bottom row, but it didn't even remain long enough to focus on. And I was unable to get it to pop up again no matter how much I tried.
