We do not support import public when running grpc-dynamic-gateway.

After removing the public, it runs without any problem.

  if (tokens[0] !== ';') throw new Error('Unexpected token: ' + tokens[0] + '. Expected ";"')
                         ^

Error: Unexpected token: "puppet/base.proto". Expected ";"
