#1: The gutter value should adhere to predefined sizes such as "xs", "sm", "md", "lg", and "xl". Additionally, users should have the flexibility to input numeric values.
#2: The functionality to expand elements dynamically within the Grid component is currently non-functional.
#3: The offset feature within the Grid component is not operational.
