if we check the accuracy of the code then how to check the code on different set of frequency of GPS on map??

I go through your code. I just want to check the code on a different set of GPS frequencies like .4hz,.33hz then how to achieve this ???

As I know you can't achieve GPS frequency greater then 1Hz on usual GPS receivers. I don't remember where did I read about it, sorry, can't provide proofs. But seems like you need special GPS receivers for this frequence.
