[Feature-Request] Set max exposure value

The documentation on camera tuning states that "one should always increase exposure, not sensitivity", however that is not actually always true. Specifically, when trying to avoid motion blur a fast exposure and high sensitivity may be desirable even at the cost of a worse signal-to-noise ratio.

As such I think the following would be useful:

• The ability to cap exposure to a max value when using autoexposure.
• The ability to set exposure to a specific value and allow autosensitivity adjustment.
• The ability to minimize exposure time while using autoexposure.
