The documentation on camera tuning states that "one should always increase exposure, not sensitivity", however that is not actually always true. Specifically, when trying to avoid motion blur a fast exposure and high sensitivity may be desirable even at the cost of a worse signal-to-noise ratio.
As such I think the following would be useful:
The ability to cap exposure to a max value when using autoexposure.
The ability to set exposure to a specific value and allow autosensitivity adjustment.
The ability to minimize exposure time while using autoexposure.
