More a nice-to-have than an absolute requirement. Rather than relying on your infra to actually do the build, it would be nice to be able to have self-hosted builders that are triggered by makeimg.

These could be used for example to offload cpu-heavy builds away from the main infra (eg allow "Always build repo on builder ") or to allow build-caching without filling up the main infra cache.

This could also be used for cases where the code or repository is hosted behind a firewall that the main infra can't access.

(Though maybe in most-cases of this separate CI infra would already be in place?)
