The fields editor needs some improvements:

Also show predefined fields
Don't show the type (not really necessary)
Drag to reorder
Change field name (only custom fields), especially important for imports from external files
Delete field (only custom fields)
Add custom field
Bug: wrong placement of delete custom field link when scrolling sidebar
