(ALL) Missing toffee recipe

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Toffee has no recipe. Making it uncraftable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Check the recipe document.
2. press ctrl + F to open the search dialogue box.
3. Search for Toffee
4. repeat step 3 in the Minecraft crafting table (BE & FE)
5. You can only find the recipes that use toffee as an ingredient, but not the toffee itself.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Toffee has its own crafting recipe and is obtainable in surval.

• Minecraft Version: 1.16 | 1.17
• Mod Version: v1.6.0 BE
• OS: Windows 10
