I propose to add a web interface to Arnis to simplify management through a browser.

Technically Arnis GUI can partially run in a web browser (because it uses standard web technologies) but none of the meaningful functions will work because they use Rust functions through Tauri's interop API (and it has no plans for web browser support: tauri-apps/tauri#3655)
