Audio Info tool closing immediately

I am having an issue with my stream closing immediately on a single client device (works properly on others). Basically, I start the stream in Moonlight and it flashes the stream and closes instantly. I looked up solutions and saw that it may be an issue with the audio ID, with the suggestion to try the audio info tool. However, when I try to use that tool on the host device, the command window opens and closes instantly. I have tried restarting the computer, running the tool with and without Sunshine running.
