Why is there a black border on the screen after streaming the tablet server? #383

Desktop server: GTX3080, i5-12600KF, 64GB RAM, 4K monitor
surface tablet client: surface 3 Pro

When connecting to the server through Moonlight, there is a black border around the tablet screen.

Here are the settings in Sunshine from Desktop server:

General
- Resolutions: 2736x1824
- FPS: 30 60
Input
- Enable Gamepad Input: Disabled
- Enable Keyboard Input: Disabled
- Enable Mouse Input: Disabled
