looking by default for a file called config.yml in the current directory is problematic. lots of tools might want a config.yml file, meaning conflicts occur.

I suggest something more specific like lokalise.yml, and in order not to break backwards compat, you could look for config.yml next.

The ideal location would likely be ~/.lokalise/config.yml.
