bug: Twitch OAuth not working

Describe the bug

On both the self hosted as well as the hosted version of Logto we are unable to create a Twitch connector.

Pressing login -> {"message":"Error occurred in connector: {"message":"{}"}","code":"connector.general","data":{"message":"{}"}}

This bug was already discovered by #6068 but apparently closed due of inactivity.

Expected behavior

Login works

How to reproduce?

Can be reproduced by creating a Twitch connector.
